Advance ticket sales start on 02 April 2024

The time has finally come again: the Musica Sacra International festival, which will take place in Marktoberdorf over Whitsun from 17 to 21 May 2024, not only presents top-class music from the world's major religions, but also brings people of different religions and cultures together. An encounter that is more important than ever, especially in today's world. People not only meet to listen to and make music together, but can also engage in intensive dialogue, from yoga in the morning, discussions and workshops in the afternoon, to talks and concerts in the evening. After the concerts, there is the opportunity to exchange ideas in the Café Musica. Anyone can sing in the festival choir and thus become an active part of the festival.

Eight ensembles and choirs from five countries and different religions have been invited to the festival to enter into a musical dialogue together. The ensembles represent the traditions of Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Islam and Christianity.

Advance booking starts on Tuesday, 2 April 2024 and ends on Thursday, 16 May 2024. If you buy concert tickets in advance, you save around three to five euros per ticket. The following advance booking prices apply: Opening and closing concerts 22.00 euros each: Evening concerts 20.00 euros each. The festival pass with access to all events can be purchased in advance for 100.00 euros. Concert tickets are available at all Eventim advance booking offices, the Eselsohr bookshop in Marktoberdorf, the service centres of the Allgäuer Zeitung newspaper and at www.musica-sacra-international.org.
